1. Who we are
Rowe Real Estate LLC is a licensed New York State real estate brokerage at 214 Seventh Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Dana Reyes is the licensed broker. These terms cover your use of this website.
2. Listings and prices
We take care to keep listings accurate. Asking prices, monthly costs, square footage and room sizes come from sellers, buildings and public records, and they may change or contain mistakes. Floor plans are drawn to help you picture a home and are not to scale. Confirm every detail with your attorney or engineer before you sign a contract.
3. Market numbers
Sales figures, days on market and median prices are past results for the neighborhoods we cover. They describe what happened, not what will happen to your home.
4. Working with us
Using this site, sending a form or booking a viewing doesn’t create an agency relationship. We represent you only after we both sign a written agreement and you receive the New York State agency disclosure form. The listing fee and what it covers are set out in that agreement.
5. Photos and content
Photos, floor plans, films and text on this site belong to Rowe Real Estate LLC or the people who licensed them to us. Please don’t reuse them without asking.
6. Links to other sites
We link to public sources such as the NYC Department of Education and the MTA. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they publish.
