In short
We collect what you type into our forms and basic visit data. We use it to reply, arrange viewings and value your home. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. What we collect
When you send a form, book a viewing or ask for a valuation, we collect your name, email, phone number, the address of your home if you give it, and anything you write in your message. Our site also records anonymous visit data, such as pages viewed and the device you use.
2. How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, schedule viewings and open houses, prepare a price range for your home and send you new listings you asked for. Visit data helps us see which pages are useful.
3. Who we share it with
We share your details with the tools we use to run the office (email, calendar, our website host and form provider). When you buy or sell with us, we also share what’s needed with the other side’s agent, the attorneys, the co-op or condo board and the lender. We never sell personal data.
4. Listing alerts
If you ask for early access to homes, we email you when something fits. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply “stop”.
5. How long we keep it
Messages and viewing requests are kept for 24 months, then deleted unless you become a client. Client files are kept for at least three years, as New York State requires of real estate brokers.
6. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll reply within 10 business days.
