I spent twelve years at a large Manhattan brokerage, selling apartments I had to take the subway to see. In 2014 I opened my own office on Seventh Avenue, two blocks from where I live.

I only work in Park Slope, Prospect Heights and Fort Greene. Three neighborhoods is as many as one person can know properly: which co-op boards are slow, which blocks flood, which sellers will take a quiet offer.


There are three of us. You’ll have my cell from the first call, and I’m at every viewing and every open house myself.
